Membership Terms

Membership

The Adjutant Briefing Room is a recurring educational membership. Benefits may include live group briefings, selected member questions, written resources, worksheets, replays, and opportunities to vote on future topics. Specific subjects and delivery dates may vary.

Billing and renewal

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the price presented during checkout until canceled. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment processing is provided by an independent payment processor.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal at any time through any payment-management option provided after purchase or by emailing asktheadjutant@gmail.com from the address used at checkout. Cancellation stops future charges, and access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are nonrefundable and partial billing periods are not prorated. If a duplicate or erroneous charge occurs, contact The Adjutant promptly so it can be reviewed.

Educational scope

Membership content is general education and mentorship. It is not individualized legal, tax, investment, financial-planning, medical, or veterans-claims advice. Membership does not create an attorney-client, financial-adviser, fiduciary, representative, or government relationship.

VA and government matters

The membership does not include individual VA claims or appeals, rating predictions, record review, claims strategy, or representation before the Department of Veterans Affairs. Thomas Mengesha speaks solely in his personal capacity. The Adjutant is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency.

Live participation

Question submission does not guarantee that a question will be selected or answered. Do not submit medical records, claims files, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, or other sensitive personal information.

Changes

These terms and membership benefits may be updated as the program develops. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
